Our latest acquisition is a Trumpf Trumatic 5000R – a machine capable of punching sheet metal at up to 1200 strokes per minute. As part of an ongoing programme of investment, the acquisition of this high specification piece of equipment will enable us to scale up our output and improve response times for our customers.

The Trumpf Trumatic 5000R is a highly accurate punch, boasting intelligent control of its weight optimised components so that its rate of acceleration can be optimised for each stage in the machining process. As a result, the 5000R can undertake complex contouring and tapping, quickly and efficiently, to generate even the most complex fabrications.
The 5000R has been fully integrated into our internal network, allowing it to seamlessly import programmes from our CAD suite, ensuring that our customer’s designs are effortlessly and reliably translated into a high-quality product.
