Advanced manufacturing capabilities
We are continuously investing in our West Midlands site and hold industry-leading equipment capable of punching, cutting and folding steel and aluminium sheets up to 4m in length.

We hold two Trumpf punching machines, and a vast array of tooling, enabling us to create a range of punched elements for electrical cabinets, including ventilation grilles, display mounts, component slots, fuse and racking mounts, cable inlets and outlets.
Most electrical cabinets are powder coated and Hitherbest also has its own powder coating facility, including a paint line and box oven. Importantly, our GEMA Optiflex spray painting guns feature Super Corona technology, which improves the penetration of powder into corners, making them particularly suited to the manufacture of electrical cabinets.
We carry a range of standard RAL colours in stock, as detailed on our Colour Reference Guide, and are able to source others as required.
Final Assembly
With a dedicated assembly area, Hitherbest is also able to put the finishing touches to your electrical cabinet. Our experts can source and fit metal and non-metal parts, including locks, hinges, nutserts and seals, allowing us to take care of the final assembly of your cabinet for you.
