Sheet Metal Welding & Assembly

Hitherbest are expert metal fabricators and welders, creating custom industrial metal fabrications specific to your design.

We provide a comprehensive welding, linishing and assembly service.

Industry-standard welding

We have 4 welding cells and a number of highly trained staff, working day and night, fabricating components using a variety of industry-standard techniques including:

  • MIG welding
  • TIG welding
  • Spot welding
  • Stud welding
  • Clinch nuts and studs
  • Riveting.

In addition, our welders are supported by a dedicated team of linishers, who ensure that all of our fabrications reach our quality standards, with burrs removed and surfaces level and polished, prior to powder coating or despatch.

Assembly service for a full turnkey solution

Customers seeking a turnkey solution are able to make use of our assembly service, which takes place in our dedicated assembly area. Our staff are happy to source and fit non-metal parts, in addition to metal fasteners, bolts and rivets, so regardless of how your product fits together we can help.

Quality welds, every time

Our welding team brings years of manufacturing experience across a wide range of sectors, meaning they’ve likely tackled a fabrication similar to yours before. Every weld is checked against our quality standards before moving on to linishing or assembly, so you can trust the finish and structural integrity of the finished product.

From small batch runs to larger production volumes, our four welding cells give us the capacity to keep your project moving without compromising on precision. Combined with our in-house assembly service, we can take your fabrication from raw sheet metal through to a fully finished, ready-to-install component under one roof.
