Many HVACR delivery and distribution products feature intricate grilles and forms, designed to promote air flow. Hitherbest specialises in perforated fabrications. We have considerable experience manufacturing anti-ligature encasements for healthcare, educational and custodial settings.
Fabricating these features requires both expertise and specialist tooling. Perforated fabrications are liable to warp, so product design and high-quality punching equipment are key to achieving the right tolerances. Set-up costs, such as punching machine tooling, can be expensive. So in the long run, it pays to choose a fabricator with a proven track record you can trust.

Hitherbest has an in-house powder coating facility, run by a team of experienced staff. This makes us ideally placed to fabricate HVACR components to a high standard. We hold a range of standard RAL colours in stock, and we have considerable experience applying biocidal (anti-microbial) coatings for customers in the healthcare sector.
