Specialists in anti-ligature fabrications
Many HVACR delivery and distribution products feature intricate grilles and forms, designed to promote air flow. Hitherbest specialises in perforated fabrications and has considerable experience in the manufacture of anti-ligature encasements for healthcare, educational and custodial settings.
Fabricating these features requires both expertise and specialist tooling. Perforated fabrications are liable to warp, so product design and high-quality punching equipment are key in achieving the desired tolerances. Set up costs (such as punching machine tooling) can be expensive, so in the long-run it pays to choose a fabricator with a proven track record that you can trust.
Fabrications designed to last
Quality fabrications are essential in the HVACR sector. HVACR systems must seamlessly integrate into the built environment and are expected to operate with low maintenance costs for a number of years. This means that HVACR components must be fabricated to exact (often bespoke) specifications and have a highly durable finish such as powder coating.
Hitherbest has an in-house powder coating facility, operated by a team of experienced staff, and is ideally suited to the fabrication of HVACR components. We hold a range of standard RAL colours in stock and have considerable experience in the application of biocidal (anti-microbial) coatings for customers serving the healthcare sector.
We are BSI certified to ISO 9001:2015 and have fully embedded quality management systems, meaning that our customers can have confidence that their products will be fabricated to their exact specifications.
